Easy to use, convenient Blue Tooth Head set
I was selected to try out the the LG Tone+ and I really like it. I tried the LG Tone last year and the changes that were made to the new model are definite improvements. For instance, in the older version you wouldn't know how much battery charge was left on the headset but with this version it alerts you right as you turn it on to the charge of the battery. They also improved the sound quality which helps if you are using it to listen to music. My music sounded great through the headset. I mainly use mine if I am talking on the phone and trying to multi-task around the house, cleaning, doing laundry etc. I also like using it while working out at the gym because I don't need to have my iPod strapped to my arm, just have the headset (headphones basically) and I can control all my songs, volume, etc. right on the device! The only thing that could be a downside was the range of the device. When using it while talking on my phone I noticed a little bit of static as I walked (several...

Near to perfect (so far)
I was torn about whether or not to purchase this product because of all the differing reviews. So torn in fact, that I purchased both the 700 model and 730 model. This review is for customers like me who can't decide which model to purchase. The cell phone that was used is a HTC Droid Incredible II.

Personally, I prefer the look of the 700 model. It is straight white, not pearled like the 730. I prefer simple white. As far as comfort--both models are the same. Both are relatively comfortable, except when jumping around. The device bounces around on your collarbone which is annoying--but this is only if you're jumping with reckless abandonment like I was :)Otherwise their is only minute movement, nothing too troublesome or uncomfortable. I heard negative reviews on the way the ear buds fit to the device. They said the magnets were a joke. I've found that the magnets work just fine--assuming you place them properly in the device. Otherwise they will fall out, but...

Not that great
A colleague in my office has the HBS 700 (previous version) headset and after playing with it for a while, I decided to go the same route. When I saw there was a newer version, I decided to go for it. That was a mistake. If you've read the reviews of the black version here on Amazon, you can get the gist of the experience. When the phone (iPhone 4S in my case) is close to the headset - in my shirt pocket or on my desk while I'm working - it's great. The sound quality is good and the volume is very acceptable. My collar size is 20" and these fit ny neck just fine.

BUT - holy cow - the cutting in and out is awful! If the phone is in my pocket, or I get 10 feet away and turn my head, the sound cuts out. In the car, my phone sits on the passenger seat usually charging. If I'm on a call and turn my head to check my side mirror, for example, the sound cuts out. I, too, contacted LG and they told me they had no reports of problems. I directed them to the Amazon reviews and the...
