In 1997 Netshoppers.com opened it's shopping directory for free access to good ecommerce and shopping links. Freedom to list and explore the site with no charge was what we offered and have for nearly 10 years. We partnered with BidBid.com in 1998 to offer a unique cross platform auction service that we hoped someday would rival eBay but as with all the other services who tried, we too were squashed and BidBid became a memory in 2001.

We know and understand the pitfalls of selling online and especially at auction. With the latest and most harsh fee increases announced in mid July by eBay, we have once again decided that now it is time to try and break the stranglehold that they have had on the auction sector. Now called the "NetShoppers Auction Project" and it is being built by auctioneers for auctioneers. You will NOT find the typical listing fees or FV fees that most of you have come to know. There are very reasonable store fees and in fact you may list up to Five (5) items in your inventory at absolutely no charge!

Our fees are based on a very fair percentage of your item's selling fee and there are no charges currently for listing item.

You will now be able to sell at auction or through your own Search Engine friendly stores without fear of usury, bloated fee's and seller hostage taking. As sellers ourselves we will never forget what happened on that other auction site over the last 4 years. You will always make what you deserve as an auction seller here at the NetShoppers Auction Project.
